hi there!! unfortunately I don't have any tutorials for PC or Android because I don't use them :( but I know that for Android phones you can use an app called Icon Changer X and it should be pretty straightforward once you download it! 💗 I think I found a PC desktop tutorial online once before, let me see if I can find it again and I'll link it to you if I get it :)
