this gif took me a ridiculously long time to work out all the kinks but here she is: the Neopets Water Faerie!! she's just retouching her blusher 💗 I also included the original sketch so you can see a little bit of my process ✨
this is going to be part of April's rewards and I can't wait to show you what I've been working on!! the theme for next month is going to be Faerie Magic, and it'll be a cute, sparkly, nostalgia-filled Neopets throwback!!
