New Scenes:
Added a foot focused scene for the Gyaru.
Added a new scene with the nurse, and the ability to implement her stamina-reducing masturbation technique.
Added a scene with the nurse after your stamina is reduced past a certain point.
Added several scenes involving hanging out with your girlfriend.
Added alternate versions of the 'erp' masturbation option depending on relationship and status with girlfriend.
Added ability to name your girlfriend, default set to Anne.
Fixes:

Fixed some minor grammar and spelling errors I caught throughout.
