What's next after Park to Prem...

Hey all!

Hope you're doing well and staying safe, those of you watching Park to Prem will know it's going to be slowing down soon and naturally the question of 'what's next?' gets asked.

Above is the video intro to exactly that, it won't be starting for a little while but the plan is to do a shorter series till FM21 in France. We'll be managing Luzenac a club with a pretty tragic backstory of how they were unlawfully denied promotion to Ligue 2 in 2014.

However, in September last year it was ruled that Luzenac's denial of promotion was unlawful and should never have happened 66 months after the original decision.

The plan with the series is a very youth-focused series where we focus on signing French, Andorran and Spanish players. Given Luzenac's geographic location 10km from the Spanish border and in the interest of a little diversity in the squad I've not limited myself to just French players.

Our training/youth facilities will also be vastly improved for the save too, to what extent however I'm not sure yet as the database is still being worked on. In real life, the club is amateur but with compensation expected from their unlawful denial of promotion it'd make sense for the team to go semi-pro and invest in their facilities and general infrastructure. This will help us get some of our own youngsters through the academy and make the save feel a little less like 'Park to Prem' abroad.
