I like to imagine that Kazuha just said screw getting new clothes just opened his outfit to allow for his every expanding belly. I have come to the conclusion Genshin boys were meant to get pregnant solely based on the fact all their clothes were clearly made to display bellies. Based on that it had to be pregnant bellies, right? If anyone has a sound argument against me, please let me know.
