Arthur's lip bite, the way he's gripping Merlin's leg and just the general look of pleasure on his face (not to mention the other obvious signs of excitement). People enjoying labor is such a niche thing but its always makes for such a spicy good time. Merlin's amusement/concern is great too! Poor lad doesn't know what to do other than just to be there (and probably be a tad bit jealous). ITS JUST SO FREAKING GOOD. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. The good news is if Arthur enjoys pregnancy/labor this this much they'll never have to worry about who will be the one to have the kids again. The bad news is Arthur will forever be chasing this feeling and that probably means a horde of children XD
