ONWARD_Page-113_Ch-5

Oh boy this page is the one that changed them all, in a way. Zewiac was, and has been for quite a while, the mysterious, brave and strong character. He was initially going to protect Meya bravely, standing between her and Zarhe. But let's be honest, we've seen this way too much. Making Zewiac a clumsy, nervous nerd was funnier to write about and made for a less cliché scene. Also, it made much more sense story-wise to make him this way (you'll know why soon enough)! ^^

Also, I hate to talk about it, but I actually had to remake this page from scratch... You see, I had already finished the page (minus dialogue and finishing touches), but I forgot about it. So when I opened it on my computer at home, I opened it though my USB, where I had left an unfinished version of the page. I was like "Oh! Well damn I didn't know I had so much left to do! Better get a move on!". The first thing I did was saving it to my computer. It did say that I already had a file with that name and I was like: "Well yeah?" and thought it was the sketch. And then... I erased the finished page and overwrote it with the unfinished one... 

I did realize this about halfway into the page as I remembered drawing certain things and I facepalmed harder than ever. 10+ hours spent on the last page, totally in vain. 

From now on, I'll try to make a list to keep track on which pages I have finished and which I haven't.

Keep a list of the pages you've finished! Never take anything for granted, I learned this the hard way. ;n;

QUESTION! > Do you animate and if yes, in which program?

Yes, I do animate now and then! :D You can find some animations on my YouTube channel, Sagutoyas!

I did animate most in Photoshop by drawing each frame, making it a gif and then I made it into a video through Windows Moviemaker. Now I got TVpaint tho, so that's the program I animate in now!
