Just like the previous page, this one wasn't planned to be here at first.
BUT. Realistically this needed to happen. I know it doesn't really move the plot forward, but this scene is important for the characters's sake. In this comic, I don't just want to tell a story with plots and twists, I want the readers to get to know some characters I've made up and feel like they're more than just drawings.
COMIC TIP!
If you have a comic that runs on a strict schedule, you might want to have some stock images to use for your backgrounds. Draw a huge image of the environment your characters are in and you can use it multiple times, presuming they don't go anywhere. This tip will save you lots of time! ^^
Q&A> What's most important, strong characters or a strong story?
Well, in my opinion, you can't have strong characters without a strong story and you can't have a strong story without strong characters. Put effort into both!
