Ozzy didn't write ANY of his lyrics. Daisley wrote all of them, and lots of the riffs too. He wrote the Crazy Train guitar lick.

I would definitely say that I'm around the 75% metal mark. But I do like a lot of prog. Dream Theater is one of my absolute favorite bands and also what brought me to Doug's channel in the first place. I see them also as a beautiful marriage of both worlds.

Credit to the folks who recommended this for Doug to watch. This is the perfect song for this channel. I feel like part of Doug's audience leans metal, and part of them lean prog. This track showcases the best of both worlds.

Thanks for posting it here and avoiding the YT blocker.. I'm a big fan of Randy Rhoads.. First guitar tab I ever got was for the Tribute album (which unfortunately doesn't feature much of this album because it was recorded on the tour before), what a way to learn that there's a ton to learn about guitar! Guitar is tuned to Eb, or album is slowed, it's rumoured that it was rushed and some of the songs are missing whole guitar parts.

Wow, this blew me away! I’m a huge Sabbath fan but I’ve only heard Ozzy’s first solo album. I thought that was pretty good but nothing spectacular; this, on the other hand, was amazing! I’ll have to check out the rest of the album. Great video as always, thanks Doug!

Bob Daisly wrote most of Ozzy's lyrics up to 89. Geezer wrote most of the Sabbath lyrics. Ozzy barely wrote anything throughout his career.
