Actually, I'd also recommend Doug watch video of Take a Pebble live because there's a whole little performance with Greg and Carl and "My Dog Blue" in the middle. It's an entertaining bit that gives more of the flavor of their live shows.

Two albums that should be on the list are Karmakanic: Who’s the boss in the factory and also the whole Magnification album by Yes

Clutching at Straws is a great album, Fish stuff like Sunsets on Empire and Vigil in my view are better than many Marillion albums

Doug - Zappa, Watermelon in Easter Hay is on their twice, feels like one I raised a while back. What about changing one of them to Shiek Yerbouti as an EPL :)

Take a Pebble is fantastic. Can't wait to see what you think of that one. I would add Pirates live in Montreal with the orchestra during the Works I live tour (with video, if possible). I'd love to hear your reaction. 12 minutes long.
