v.05 and 0.6 Developer Diary
Added 2021-08-23 00:06:14 +0000 UTCI hope you're all having a good summer. I've been hard at work at the game, putting the finishing touches on v.05. I hope to release it to the top tier patrons in a few days time. In the meantime, let me tell you about this version and my plans going forward.
In 0.5, aside from adding a few characters as usual and some minor encounters, the player will be given the option to buy a house - a proper home for someone of his station. This will include a few opportunities to customize your abode to your liking. You will also get more involved with the operations of your gang and selected capo, as well as working more with Douglas and Oreana.
In 0.6, I want to do something a little bit different. Thus far, I've added a lot of new locations and characters with each release. In 0.6 I instead want to expand the relationships of the already established characters and start building up the story in more detail. I aim for this to be sort of a "content update" for what's already there, hopefully making the lives of the players and the ones closest to him feel more grounded and real.
