Added 2023-06-18 04:35:41 +0000 UTCThere was a bug if you had already spoken to the head nurse at the clinic that prevented you from speaking about a candidate with Carmichael. Just unzip and overwrite this file in your game folder.
If you had previously talked to the nurse, just go back and talk to her again before returning to Carmichael.
