Janchric is an ethnoreligious theology practiced by the Selaiki people and their human counterparts. They believe that their god, a guardian angel named Jantarah, cast out one-third of the Selaiki from "Chandra" and onto the earth as a form of penance. The doctrine of Janchric is primarily focused on preserving the Selaiki race so that they can eventually return to Chandra. It has been the dominant religion of the Selaiki people since 500 BC.
Airyanems is a Selaikic religion that incorporated Zoroastrianism into its theology. The religion was founded when Zoroastrians discovered that the 16 sacred locations within the Avesta were populated by the Selaiki. It was believed that the Selaiki had ties to Aura Mazda, and Airyanems capitalized on this to gain devotion from Zoroastrian believers.
Bhumati is a religion that differs from Jantaric faith in that it does not believe in reunion with Chandra. Instead, it seeks harmony with the earth and its people. Bhumati has a rich philosophical tradition and is generally more accepting of foreign ideas than the Jantaric faith.
Selenics are a Selaikic Cult that adopted the worship of the Greek god Selene as a Selaikic diety during the Hellenistic age. They have since repurposed Selene into their mythology or have converted to following the Hellenic religions.
