Lovely Primarina~ (Draft)

Playing the new pokemon made me start to miss my lovely Primarina from Sun and Moon that become my favorite starter pokemon and I find it hard to believe she'll ever be topped for me~
I think I'm going to try out a new color style and do her in a more comfortable style so i hope you look forward to that~
