Basics - Entoma was one of the combat maids of the pleiades, loyal to protagonist Lord Ainz. She was essentially a collection of bugs and her humanoid face was just a bug acting as a mask. There is of course more to this, but I've not read far enough in the books to get all the real info yet, only the anime. Regardless very much liking this and trying not to think about the creepier aspects behind it.
