Poppin' Pin-Ups: Officer Jenny (Pokemon) WIP01

This is the painting that we're doing for the 2nd October Commissioner, who will remain anonymous as they are paying me through PayPal and do not wish to be part of the JuggMind. This is their original Briefing:

"Well, I suppose I should begin with context. I am a part of the RP community and I have this character named Dihz Mahl, who is a gym leader specialist in Dark-type Pokemon. At the same time, however, he is also the leader of a group known as Team Nightmare. They perform kidnappings, drug trade, slave trafficking, extortion, etc. He is also a big fan of BDSM and latex. So I was hoping I could get art of a damsel inside of a special chair that puts the captive in a specific position that has her all manners of vulnerable. Or him, I'm not too picky and if the chair is usable for both sexes then that would be made all the better.

Attached are images in reference to Dihz and his Team Nightmare grunts, an emblem that I would like included as he uses it as a calling card of sorts, and the reference for the position I would like the subject to be in. A notable difference, however, is that the back should be arched so that the chest may be put on display, as well as the genital region. Down there, there would be a sort of vibrating massager with some mechanical pads or nodes that work the genitals without penetration to tease and make orgasm a lengthy process. This chair would hold the captive in place using mesh ratchet straps, and may or may not include wheels.

One last thing to note is that I had been considered a mean of including the gas masks that the grunts wear, and I thought that perhaps it could be used as a means of pumping sedatives and aphrodisiacs while either hindering eyesight or perhaps even playing some sort of video/audio meant to further degrade the captive. After all, I'm using the chair in RP while having someone sit in front of a large television that plays porn, so why not go all-in on this concept?

Finally, as for the captive, it seems that there isn't a lot of Nurse Joy bondage, compared to her handcuff-toting counterpart. So who better to make into Team Nightmare's next victim?"
