1. Give Rosa a giant Rose in her hair.
2. Place textures for the road and the buildings around her.
3. Paint in street lights and background elements.
4. Continue the lighting and rendering process on all Foreground elements.
5. Paint in giant streams of milk.
6. Paint in pools of milk around Foreground Characters.
