Heh maybe this is the wrong interpretation of this page to have, but part of me thinks this is showing that the two Ratta girls despite being airheaded aren't nearly as stupid as you think and are taunting the memory of Misty by making sure Bubbles feels she is a totally different person then who Misty was by floating the idea of Misty to her that she'll never run into but just think that's someone else. There's something that feels messed up about that but still works due to how happy and oblivious Bubbles is about this that makes that note though kind of dark still work for the story it comes from and is a good note to end on. Can't wait for this to be shown in color.
