The May Empire at War Remake Community Challenge
Added 2019-04-03 08:18:09 +0000 UTCSo for a while now I've been trying to find a good set-up for the community challenge and I think I've got the proper set-up. This May, the Empire at War Remake community challenge begins! We will start with an Empire campaign against the pesky Rebellion. With our severely limited unit pool, it'll be hard to achieve ultimate victory for the Empire. But with your boys and my skills, we're gonna go all the way, victory or death.
So what is the community challenge? The community challenge is where you guys pick a unit in your tier and the grand total of those units are the only ones I can build for the playthrough. If we run out of units, it's over. We lose. It's that simple
How do you choose a unit for the Challenge? Pick one unit (Check your tier to see what units you can choose from), then pick a name for that unit, and comment below this post the units class and its name. I'll then add that one-off special unit to the mod for our playthrough! At the beginning of May, the war begins. The VODs from the stream will be uploaded to Youtube for those who can't catch it live.
So to summarize: If you're a patron, check your tier to see what unit classes you can pick from, then pick a unit and give it a name, then comment on this post your unit class + name. No overly vulgar names, please. When May begins, so does the war. May be fight, and possibly die, bravely.
EDIT: As of today, the 8th of April, we definitely need more patrons picking a ship and reporting in, or this'll be the shortest offensive of all time! We'll need more units to complete a succesful campaign!
