The Great 4.0 Release, at long last

Everything has led up to this point, with numerous reworks and overhauls, Remake has been burned to the ground and a new mod has risen from the ashes. While we're naming it 4.0, but we may as well rebrand it as the very first 1.0 release of the mod, the first time the mod is such a complete experience.
I know the wait has been long indeed, but I guarantee you the road of development for 4.0 has been equally long, and the team is looking forward to finally bringing out 4.0 on steam and seeing how people react to the increased depth, the return of ground combat, the new starbase system, and so many more things.
