When Do You Have a Right to Privacy? | Katz v. United States

Thanks to both Matt Standish and Kit Walker for suggesting that I cover this case! It was an important one that I can't believe I hadn't gotten to yet.

Despite the poor performance of Supreme Court Briefs videos, I plan on making more of them for the rest of the year. The next case I cover will be particularly relevant- Terry v. Ohio, which is about stop-and-frisk.

Also, apparently I'm about to hit 200,000 subscribers. Holy crap!

To celebrate, I will be doing a livestream this week. Stay tuned.

Thanks for your continued support!

Yeah, I’m going to echo above. SCBs are great! Especially ones that deal with our Rights and how they have been interpreted by the Court. Boogie on Mr. Beat. P

Thank you. I hope so! :D

Mr. Beat

I love supreme court beliefs. It's more of a slow burn with subscribers, but it's a quality product. I'm sure it'll catch on.

Dinty's Hideaway

Well I'm glad to hear you learn from them. I do, too, honestly as I make them. :) I really appreciate your support. The series isn't ever going away.

Mr. Beat

Thanks for keeping up with Supreme Court Briefs even thought they don't pull in the money. This is where I really learn new things. I think they will be useful as reference videos when someone needs to learn about a subject. Especially high school and undergrad age.
