2023-05-23 13:37:05 +0000 UTCjeez that desenting Judge was so anti second he should be charged with treason against the constitution. (he is dead right?). And i think Guns should be allowed in school for a specific class that used to be called a gun safety course. it is taught if you take hunters safety voluntarily but essentially it is a short course teaching you how to properly, handle, store, and when it is appropriate to get a gun out. In the modern day it would teach the importance of the second amendment.

While I’m 100% against guns in school I’m kinda glad they made the decision they did in this case. I feel like the commerce clause had been abused by the federal government for decades so it was a good thing they scaled it back.
