Be aware that due to a bug, the original release doesn't actually spawn any of the new enemies. Be sure to download the hotfix (i.e. the version ending on Hotfix) instead.

Are you sure you need this version. I think that all current mods require at least 1.4 and all should work with the latest Patch 2.1 version.
