The fact that Tokoyami was so worried about Hawks and annoyed that Hawks didn't pick up his calls inspired this short comic. From Tokoyami's pov, the last time he saw Hawks in person was during the war when Hawks was heavily injured. No wonder he's so worried about him! I think he's also a bit melancholy that he's still not reliable enough for his senpai.
