Callahan x Malefic Log
Added 2022-09-02 14:50:22 +0000 UTCI wrote earlier on Twitter but Callahan got himself a boyfriend, Malefic! He's another character from the rp community and a fellow guild mate. Malefic is a younger elf male (77 years old) and very passionate about adventuring and studying books. During the main story adventure, he maintained a child-like form due to after effects of some focus-enhancing drugs. He later stopped taking it before the final battle and returns to his adult form.
After the final battle, they get drunk and end up sleeping together which became the starting point of their relationship. Since Callahan's a virgin, Malefic teaches him a lot about intimacy and Callahan slowly realizes his feelings. He decides that he needs to break his reflection curse in order to hold Malefic properly with his bare hands.
Before he leaves on a journey to break his curse, he gives Malefic his old main-gauche and says that if Malefic accepts it (symbol of his feelings) he will return when he's freed from his curse. (the basic summary of the 2nd comic) This was his confession and in short, Malefic accepts his dagger and his feelings and waits for Callahan's return while remaining in the guild.
We've been discussing at length about how their relationship will unfold from here on. I'm very much invested in this pair (how can you deny awkward/somber x happy/lovey-dovey dynamic??) so you'll get to see them more in the future. I'm excited to draw out their story!!!!
The rest of the log are doodles and sketches (some nsfw) of them together or AUs. I think I like drawing Malefic more than my own character, Callahan, at this point... he's so very pretty.
