Found a broken damper flange (so that's why it wasn't working well before, duh), and glued a bass hammer that was starting to separate from the wood. I used to work for a small company and they always said "we wear a lot of different hats here" and the same is true when you're a one-man technician/production/creating/arranging/editing/publishing team.
