Yeah, that part was particularly nauseating. Ironically I think some violent psychopaths revere police because of the inherent power and permissible use of violence. I think Ed Kemper was the same way

2019-07-08 23:50:42 +0000 UTCObviously this guy is a next-level piece of shit, but I do find it interesting that he seemingly has exceptions to his monstrosity, namely, telling Kala that he didn't believe in rape (and not raping her; pretty rich, given his history, of course) and his comment to the investigators that "collateral damage isn't cool". If it were only the latter, I would chalk it up to self-preservation, but for the former, Kala seems credible especially given that he still bragged to her about his murders.
