The Solved Case of Elisa Lam

Posting some videos here as I'll be away for the next few days!

Comments

To say the hotel was libel for what happened is ridiculous. They did not take all precautions to make sure their guests were safe as shown clearly by that video shot getting to the tanks and seeing one open even after her death.

How did the water tanks lid get shut above her head when her feet could not touch the bottoms of the tank to get the strength to shut the lid? The kid was heavy too? There are quite a few things missing about her case her too. Have a great one!

With this case it did really seem like that there always was going to be much less "there there" than people wanted to believe. Way more fun to think about ghosts and the like than the sad reality of tragedy befalling someone in the middle of a mental health crisis

I love your humor!!! This was great!

You're the first person I've seen to cover this case with actual facts and common sense. Ghosts and gouls are fun for creepy scary stories but I never did buy that part of the story in this case. It's very sad such a smart young woman lost her life so thank you for telling her story respectfully. So many people talk so much shit about this case and turned it into a "fun" spooky little tale. I've wondered how badly that effects her family and friends. Poor girl, so many problems and they weren't her fault. She wasn't the character in a ghost story. She certainly deserves the respect you've given to her. Thank you Mike. As always.

I think you've nailed it. Elisa's case may have been done to death, but no one has covered it better than you. Kudos. By the way, I'm bipolar, but taking my meds. There is no way that I can describe to you or anyone else what was like when I didn't know what was happening to me when I was down, so I won't even try. I miss the euphoria that I used to experience. I don't really think so, but it's remotely possible that she was euphoric when she died, perhaps thinking that she was on some sort of grand adventure. I know, that seems weird or improbable, but you never know what may happen, if you think that you can fly...

Great job on this, Mike. You brought in enough new details that it was definitely worth the watch. Hope you're finding some good potential wedding venues!

Mike, I really appreciate you tackling this one. It has been one of the cases that I really had a hard time rationalizing due to the lack of information you presented here. Mental illness is far more frightening than anything involving the paranormal. Kudos
