Then the fact that he didn't offer any money to keep dude quiet says a lot! The system sucks.

And seeing the media coverage of this story was unbelievable.. there was no way for him to get a fair trial.. I was convinced he was guilty at first, and then some of the truth started to come out and people started to realize he got Shang-highed by the small keystone cops in Clark County..

I would feel my life was over but to be accused of murdering them? Not to mention the horrible accusation he molested his daughter, I would be fighting like hell. I’m glad he did and hope he gets millions. The prosecutor should lose his law license. Flipping POS killer that Backbone guy is. He should have been executed.

I hope he wins his lawsuit and gets as much money from them as he can. Her parents believe he did it because of his infidelity. But that Boney guy was a fucking creep. I don’t believe anything from him. He was already a criminal. The police gave him too many chances to explain. Should’ve arrested him as soon as his dna was matched to the sweater. Also the blood spatter was false. I see others comments about that swaying their opinion. It was a comment made by the crime scene photographer. Mike said so! Ha

I think the parents of his wife just didn’t like him because of the affairs and understandably wanted to blame someone for their loss. Only thing I ask myself is why the guy who claims had just sold a him a gun would lie, he was already convicted anyway. Maybe there is more to the story we dont know. But overall I totally agree he was framed, hard to believe that the prosecutors even went after him a THIRD time! I hope he gets all the money in his civil lawsuit.
