Does that dude never smile? No wonder people think he's a creep! Despite that, I have a sneaking feeling that I'd be surprised if he was actively involved with Lindsay's murder. However, that being said, I also suspect that if he didn't have some prior knowledge of the impending event he almost certainly knows something after the fact.

It's strange that they told the cops they immediately were running and panicking while looking for her -- logic would have it to not be overly concerned right away. And for her to be stabbed 40 times; definitely indicates a crime of passion.

I agree that there is limited current understanding of neurophysiological powers, but I want you to know that psychics are indeed a real phenomenon recorded by scientific evidence. However, in this case, this psychic was not vetted using the scientific method, because it seemed as though they were just damn desperate. I actively study neurophysiological phenomenon and physics, both of which say that psychics are indeed walking amongst us. Whether or not people are aware that they have access to portions of the brain that others do not is a whole different field. Some people are walking around right now seeing different colors of light, different shadows cast, and different dreams that are relevant to time dilation. I appreciate your empathy for the victim, but don't forget that other people in small communities that are misunderstood also need empathy. I'm sure this woman was one of the people that needed ten seconds of fame, but I'm also sure that it is entirely possible - and likely - for individuals with higher brain function to be utilized during investigations such as this. Similarly, we also use dogs in investigation. Not because they're "smarter" but because they view the world in a different way. Check out the CIA's documents on studies in psychic phenomenon in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, as well as the United Nation's documentation of psychics being used during wartime for spy methods. There are a lot of actual government documents proving the existence of advanced human minds.

Hello with love from Canada. I live in Halifax (think Christopher Garnier) but spent last Christmas in the gorgeous city of Victoria . With Harry and Meghan (well, not with them but they were there too. lol) One is on the Atlantic , one on the Pacific. Canada is HUGE! No fair comparing a whole country to one city! Having said that, I want you to keep on doing crimes in Canada. And I really would like you to do the Nova Scotia massacre from April.

The police have collected someone’s DNA covertly before this, (Stephanie Lazarus for example) so I’m sure they would /could do it again. Don’t you reckon ?

I was confused about that as well but then realised his friend was checking downstairs so I think that’s why he ran upstairs. Certainly is a strange case. Her poor family and she seemed such a lovely young lady.

With such a case I’m surprised they didn’t follow him around and collect it off a tossed cigarette, a straw/cup or chewed gum. I hope that comment isn’t true, otherwise, Victoria’s got some dirty corrupt cops.

I love ya like a drinking buddy but this one feels mailed in. I always look forward to the next chapter because even if it's a case I've heard of you bring new insight and facts. Maybe I know to much about this case and its just me but I'm noticing that your becoming a caricature, making sure to throw in your catch phrases. I tell you this with a kinship and respect. I'm not overly familiar with how real estate works in Canada etc but, how did they know the name of a client? Like the rest you could say maybe crime of opportunity, they thought it was a good way to get a victim, but for someone to say the name of a prior client says it was definitely someone who knows her, either a friend or the boyfriends family.

A very professional hit made to appear very bizarre. The giveaway being the total lack of physical evidence at the crime scene and a dress that screams look at me. Those responsible are undoubtedly presented in this video. The refusal to give a DNA sample? With the lack of physical evidence in this and apparently a solid alibi sounds to me like somebody doesn’t want their DNA compared to DNA which is already on file. Nice presentation Mike.

Mike, I burst out laughing when you parodied someone attempting to speak with a fake Hispanic accent. Thank you for that! You really do have a gift unique to this medium and subject, the gift of being able to talk about such dark and serious matters with a combination of respect, empathy, and a comic relief type of humor. Your channel has become my favorite; your videos distract me from work stress (nurse) and physical pain. Cheers!

GREAT video, Mike. Intriguing. Mysterious. A case I haven't heard about. Always a plus since I am quite true crime savvy - maybe not so much compared to other That Chapter detectives but I can hold my own! Keep up the wonderful work! Always a pleasure to watch your creations.

Psychics? I hate that people claiming to be psychics try and get themselves involved. Luckily it doesn’t seem that psychics had too much to do with this case, but that isn’t always how it plays out.
For one, there hasn’t been any psychic who has ever helped solve any cases such as this according to the FBI. (Or some other government entity.) So, when these people get involved and say they KNOW that their information is credible and then give absolutely no helpful information to solve a crime, they should be charged for it. Hindering an investigation or whatever other charge they can be slapped with.
These people are either trying to come up with a way to collect reward money or even perhaps get a touch of fame as far as I can tell. In Australia, a group of psychics were dropped off in a large wooded area and were supposed to find their way to a helicopter in order to leave the area. None of them got out. They wandered around and around and around.
Their behavior is gross and does nothing but hurt those who’re already hurting. For example, Amanda Berry’s mother was told by Sylvia Browne that her daughter was dead. Amanda’s mother passed away thinking that her daughter was deceased. Then.....Amanda escaped and Angel Castro was arrested. Once again, Amanda’s mother passed away thinking that her daughter was deceased. Another psychic told a woman that her husband had drowned......before learning that the man had lost his life while trying to rescue people from the Trade Center towers on September 11th. This psychic continued to try and force this woman to believe that her husband had drowned during this terrible event. These people are disgusting.
DEADisBEAUTIFUL .
