I know that sounds insane, but they are required to have the ability to appeal X amount of times and death row is kept more isolated, so statistically speaking, it does cost more to “execute” than get life in prison.

I know her and her husband were divorcing, but that had to be hard for her husband have to come home to bury his wife.

We actually passed by the site on Saturday and briefly spoke about the murder. There is nothing there in memoriam of this poor girl. No cross no flowers nothing. Such a horrible tragedy.
