National Park Horrors

Hey you! Here's the latest video from me to you. I always enjoyed stories that take place in parks and in the outdoors, something about it makes it so much creepier. The stories I covered not long ago of Mike Bullinger and Logan Clegg, that kinda stuff. Hope you enjoy!

Watched for a second time -- because I watched Part 2 today. Both National Park Horrors videos are so interesting!! I am in search of stairways during my hikes through the woods of Ohio. :-) Thanks Mike!!

Cat1Girl

I would love for Mike to do a full update episode on a handful of cases. I’m sure there’s quite a few with interesting updates, def the Sarah Boone case!

Rachel R

I think we should request a follow up once she defends herself! She is mad as a bag of spiders

Lilly Wood

Woahhh! Thank you for posting this; I had not heard that detail! That’s bonkers!!

Rachel R

Sorry but someone should have absolutely been with that 3yo at all times.

Samantha G

Seriously, Mike! Sarah Boone’s 8th attorney withdrew and the court has deemed that defendant “has lost her right to counsel and must defend herself. That was ordered on June 28! 2024. There is a handwritten 58 page letter from defendant.

Mike, I don’t know if you saw it, but the Judge called a mistrial in MA v. Karen Read. The Misogynistic and unethical State Trooper was fired this morning.

Ana Adams

Man, love these national parks vids. By any creator. There's just so much sh*t that goes on that goes unsolved...it's a rabbit hole that never ends. LOVE IT 🤪😝

JIM CASTRO

One thing I appreciate about you is that you don’t shit all over Christian’s like Simon does on Casual Criminalist. I get it, there are some weird ones, but there are weird non Christians. Thanks for another great video, Mike.

Ryker Jett

I thought you had. Still love anything about national parks and loving the longer vids Mike!

Brent Carter

This one was really great. Thank you!

Sandi Lusk

I have watched too many true crime videos to ever want to go into the woods 😀.

Mags Lehane

Long time watcher, first time commentator. Thanks for all the videos and podcast episodes over the years, Mike (also thanks to Keith ofc). Always look forward to them :)

Rosina

I was not there of course but listening to your rendition of the first story about Jared and all the adults that failed that toddler really chaps my ass! I am sitting here listening with steam coming out of my ears!

Miss Jenny

Thank you, Mike! I'm not much of a hiker, but if I ever go hiking, I'd prefer to take a leak on the trail itself, than get lost. Or take a rope, even a thin one, to mark my way (kinda like Ariadne, you know). Another good idea is to take a whistle. I can't imagine the anguish, if she heard the rescuers who were so near her... I truly liked your "closing arguments", somewhat philosofical. Love ya!

Paula Bernardes-Silva

LOL I hear you...

Yes I agree, because they're rare we perhaps become complacent. We forget animals are excellent at stalking prey don't we. An extendable leash is actually a great idea... allowing freedom to run around without being spirited away. Avoiding allowing children to snack near animals too. Many children are attacked on their mouths while eating sweets & snacks while pets are lefts with none. People walking on a trail carrying tasty smelling food will be a draw for hungry animals. Don't let kids carry it is my advice, keep in sealed containers away from children. That we we respect nature.

JANET TAYLOR

Mike, between you and Kyle Hates Hiking, I will never go hiking. Or camping. Thanks!

April Hughes

Mountain lion attacks are vanishingly rare. Keep your small children on leashes. Nature only LOOKS peaceful.

April Hughes

You the best, Mike

Lily Ratatosk

I haven’t if you can believe it! It’s such a wild story, it’s eerily reminiscent of the spookier forest stories

That Chapter

Scored a Monday off and now for Mike to lull me into a nap with something horrific. Haha!

Jacoballen

I think was mountain lion. I've seen a few stories of children taken very quickly with parents literally racing after them while the child's head in the jaws. We only have to google it and numerous cases appear involving children. Clothes are often pulled inside out and the type of glossy short course fur would soon disperse. The child's scream is often just one short scream especially if the neck is involved & the animal would take to higher ground quickly. I find it worrisome that children of an age where they can be attacked & carried off are not better protected. I feel so bad for his father who had not given permission for his son to go on the trip he was taken on. These animals have been known to attempt to threaten a lone adult when very hungry. While people are hiking through these trails I have no doubt these animals are often waiting, unseen, for the right size prey. We have no idea they are there. I'm sure there are warnings.

JANET TAYLOR

Thanks Mike 😺 My Monday is made!

Lorithecat

That poor boy in the first story. I'm sure you've done a full vid on this. Still best £2.40 I spend each month.

Brent Carter

Well that’s the last time I visit a national park! 😂

Nisar8009

Hey hey, Patreon fam! Thank you, Mike!

That Titanic Girl (Lara)

Hiking and camping stories are my favorite. They're the most interesting and scary. Thanks for coming in at the perfect time Mike. Work isn't so bad after all.

Jordan Heimer

Thanks Mike!
