Despite the Normandy's hedonistic nature, it wasn't a 24/7 lovepile as the rumors said it was. All 3 versions of the crew were highly efficient military operations in their own rights and Shepard wasn't always sleeping with the crew and vice versa.

Kasumi always remembered her first time with Shepard, the real first time since the Hock heist was acting. She'd been reminiscing about Keiji when Shepard stopped by to chat. It was almost perfect because Kasumi was changing and her desire to show off got the best of her. It only took about a minute of her being nude to garner Shepard's 'interest' and before she knew it the man who helped her avenge Keiji was making her climax like she'd never climaxed before. Probably her favorite heist ever was 'taking it' from Shep.
