I would upvote this but I feel like this is something that the show commonly addresses; is there a way you could narrow this question a little more, perhaps focusing on specific types of errors?

2015-05-07 17:47:20 +0000 UTCMarshall- do you fear, as I do, that the new Booster packaging spoiled today will affect the smell of a newly-opened pack?

2015-04-23 00:12:05 +0000 UTCI know in limited, you have to be more flexible in your deckbuilding and play styles than in constructed decks. However, I've noticed I've tended to do worse playing certain color combinations and deck archetypes that I don't gravitate towards naturally. How much should a limited player should learn to play outside their comfort zones versus min-maxing their strengths and weaknesses as a player?

2015-04-21 22:37:12 +0000 UTCHow often does first-picking build-around-me rares like assault formation influence future picks? Does it mean i can pick up 6 sidsi's faithfuls or do i still have to take just good cards opposed to really powerful synergies.

2015-04-21 18:42:51 +0000 UTCOne more question. If given the choice, in a non-Pro Tour situation, would you be more inclined to draft a "good" deck that comes together consistently or a "great" deck that's more hit and miss? An example from DTK/FRF might be U/B exploit as a "great" deck that is often overdrafted versus something like B/W aggro which is consistently available, but never over powered.

2015-04-21 15:22:49 +0000 UTCAdrian Sullivan posted his tournament report from PTDTK this week (link below). With regards to limited, he was pretty high on the value of Spidersilk Net in aggressive decks, which surprised me. I rarely give any attention to this card and if I did, it would be sideboard only. However, Adrian did put it in his main deck and said that it did a lot of good work boosting his creatures toughness and allowing them to attack freely into his opponent's board. What are your thoughts on this card? http://www.starcitygames.com/article/30664_An-Old-School-Tournament-Report-4th.html

2015-04-21 13:13:02 +0000 UTCI've been listening since the Fate Reforged set review, or thereabouts, so went back and downloaded some of the early episodes. I'm up to episode 10 and a lot of what Marshall and Ryan are talking about with regards to Zendikar seem to be echoed in the subreddit for Dragons. One of the aspects that sticks out is how a color or pair of colors is overdrafted (B/R in Zendikar, B/U exploit in DTK). Does this affect your draft strategy - are you taking a non-B/U card in Dragons to avoid fighting over colors?

2015-04-20 17:22:36 +0000 UTCCFP Pantheon's pick order is up. I always think it's interesting when you guys talk about those. Some of their rankings are interesting (Berserkers' Onslaught is very high I think) that I can't figure out the reasoning behind, and would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

2015-04-18 15:03:40 +0000 UTCAs a beginning to intermediate level player, how do you find the errors you make, in drafting as well as gameplay?

2015-04-17 22:35:17 +0000 UTCI did not get to draft Modern Masters when it came around last time. My LGS is preselling boxes for $299. I am guessing that in person drafts will be close to $40 extrapolating from the presale price of the boxes. Will it be worth it?

2015-04-17 22:23:52 +0000 UTCWhat are the key items to look for when reviewing game replays? How can I make my time reviewing more productive and identify the optimal lines of play that I may have missed?

2015-04-17 21:06:49 +0000 UTCLet's say you both worked at WotC and were strictly limited developers. What kinds of things would you add or remove to the current Sealed/Draft structure to make it "better"? (open-ended so you can take it lots of different directions)

2015-04-17 18:49:32 +0000 UTCIf I'm introducing or sharing Limited with newer and less-experienced players, is there a format that works well for explaining the basic concepts of Draft?

2015-04-17 18:26:20 +0000 UTCWhat is the best way to test for a limited format without actually opening packs? I'm concerned about how much practice I can get for MM2015 without having to open 600$ worth of packs.
