Very interesting episode. Ben is one of the best guests of the show, always sparks great discussions and new perspectives (and some laughs). I never thought you were passionate about the color pie Marshall, it was a nice surprise. Though I agree with you that is a very structural part of the game, Stringing shot does not break it. Anyway, I'm glad this came up cause it was a very awesome topic.

2017-05-25 23:14:12 +0000 UTCExcellent episode, thank you all! I loved the discussion on the color pie... lots of viewpoints were covered, and it was a lot of fun to think about. Marshall, does it make it any different to think of cycling _itself_ as breaking the color pie? After all, cycling is effectively looting, which is usually Blue, but every color gets to do it; still, Blue gets the "best" cycling costs (even if some of those cards aren't very good). Is that an acceptable instance of pushing the pie, or does it bother you, or is my argument completely off base?
