New Patreon Tax

Unfortunately there is some new patreon tax incoming on the 1st of July. I've already adjusted the tiiers to the new settings - but it's not very visible how much tax will now be applied (probably also because it varies from region to region). In case you see an increase of your pledge, this is the reason for it - in which case I apologize for any inconvinience!
