Question of the Week Submission: I've noticed some cards which seem similar can be much more or less powerful depending on the format. For example Inspiring Overseer and Cloudkin Seer or Naga Oracle and Organ Hoarder. It seems like small differences can lead to cards performing very differently. What factors in the set or on the cards do you think lead to these variations in power levels?

2022-05-28 11:27:31 +0000 UTC(Hope this is still the best place to get a QoW in.) First just wanted to say that I have been really enjoying Marshall's daily draft videos. Thanks for those, Marshall. One thing I notice in the videos is that Marshall is usually targeting the opponent with the mill from Deal Gone Bad (this comes up a lot, because it's clunky removal in Maestros). How do you guys think about when to break a heuristic like, "usually target yourself with mill for a small number?"
