#184 - Good job indeed

Lydia is taking more charge than Snyder likes, but she's also doing such a damn good job while doing it, it's kinda hard to reprimand her for it.

Did Lydia order warning shot only because she wasn't 100 % sure, or did she want to spare her colleagues?

Also that WAS a popular pirate tactic back in the day. A lot of the crew wasn't keen on having a big fight anyway, so often they'd just surrender.

Adult content will release tomorrow!

Aaand on the weekend, we'll have a sponsored strip again (hopefully). Saying hopefully, because I'm getting my vaccine tomorrow and have no clue how I'll feel on Saturday. I hope good enough to work some laptop magic.

It's the kind of thing any captain who had worked his way up from ensign would have guessed. TBF Lydia is a little more aware of how pirates operate than most. The First Mate must be thinking about that. Thinking about it a lot.

I wouldn't let that captain have charge of a life boat.

Snyder must have been one of those who merely purchased his commission (as was widely practiced in those days) since he clearly has little experience commanding a warship, or any ship for that matter.
