The real question is at what point you play this card. Is it with 2 viable hits in the deck? 3? More? Of course once you get up to a big build-around type number the card just gets actively good. Where is the line?

Without enlist, that card wouldn't be that strong in limited at all. But e.g. enlisting a 3-power-creature makes you look up the 5 cards of your deck for bascially any of your instant/sorceries. That should be pretty good, but checking the HyperGeometricalCalculator shows that even at 10 targets and 5 power you are only 80% to hit any of them, but at 3 targets already at 33%. So don't be too suprised, when you miss with many targets or hit with a low number, it will happen often enough. Also Enlist can be used with 1 creature only and you will often not be able to enlist on T4 bec of summoning sickness and thus get a chain rolling. So all that said, 2/3 for 3 is not too bad, enlist is nice to have as well and in many games it gives you a spin at the wheel while not risking too much, as they have to block it with something meaningfully at least and enlist makes sure they cannot simply eat it. You will not live the dream as often, you'd hope for, but it should be a good card, I would assume.
