"Do you plan to kill me?" is often a silly thing to ask considering she's been knocked out and could have easily be killed five times over.

Not silly in this case. She knows she's been taken because she was too close to knowing too much. Now she has seen two of them unmasked and knows they are A) part of an organization and B) planning serious crimes
