it's funny how nicco says lil lotus got him into the emo rap mold cause my buddy who's also super into that music got into it through lil lotus as well. even bought the vinyl for one of the dude's records i'm not a huge fan of the genre, as m points out, a lot of it kinda blurs together for me, but i'm more inclined to like the catchier stuff or more pop punk leaning ones it's pretty cool how the genre swung back around from using that 2000s emo/pop punk stuff for inspiration and then just embracing it wholesale i also believe m when he says he listens to everything if the music talk chat on the crublic server is anything to go by. i wouldn't say i listen to everything myself even though i grew up on classical and 60s/70s rock, but i do listen to a decent variety, just whatever piques my interest.
