There's a million ways of collaborating. Many people use e-mail or shared documents, but I found it really effective to set up my own wiki page (hidden, of course) to collaborate with Elena.

The files themselves go on our shared Drive folder, but all Character descriptions, scripts, etc. are on the wiki page.

From the main menu, Elena can follow the links to scripts or extras. Any character who appears for a couple of strips gets a short description in the character section. The benefit of this is also that I can link to the characters description from every strip, so if Elena needs to brush up on anything, she can go there.

The wiki also makes it easy to include reference photos (especially useful for adult content). I haven't included any in these samples for copyright issues.

Scripts get chunked up in 10's, which was especially important while the narrative was following one character at a time and not all of them and clicking on one of the chunks will bring you down the page to the scripts, where Elena can call upon them!
