Plagiarist Update

She put the books on: Inkitt, Wattpad, WebNovel, Patreon, RoyalRead, Fanfiction, Tumgir, Tumbral, Booksie, ScribbleHub (accepts payments), Writers Cafe. Damn, she uses more platforms that I do.
Someone reviewed her book on Inkitt and wrote "This book is also strangely familiar to "The First She," a book that is also on Inkitt, and I can only hope it is a strange coincidence and not plagiarism." The plagiarizer commented. "No, not plagiarism, inspired by the story, yes, but with my own take on the topic."
Meanwhile, in her story:
- Story starts with "Kiara" assembling a table (just like The First She)
- "Kiara" gets in an accident and is teleported off Earth. She follows a river in search of civilization (the same fucking way Kira did)
- She looks in a bush and finds three naked, tall, scaled men (sound familiar?)
- Writes that children are a rarity nowadays because a plague killed all women
- "Kiara" cries and the guys think her tears are the result of a disease
- They think "Kiara's" breasts are a disformity, so they insist on putting paste on her chest (sound familiar?)
- They ask if her father discarded her in the jungle because of her illnesses (I wonder where I've seen this before)
- A "snowfall" is a year (wow, how original)
- They see Kiara's vagina and think she got castrated (wow, deja vu much?)
But no, she totalllyyyyyy didn't plagiarize me
As soon as I blocked her on Patreon, she got notified via email. She blocked me on Inkitt and removed her stories from Inkitt/Wattpad. Hah, too late! I already took screenshots of your shitty story!
I also checked all of her social medias. She actually had her location posted on Twitter and her phone number posted on Facebook.
So I make a list of story similarities. After I'm done, I email her:
Her name, state, and phone number were public on the Internet, so I made sure to include those in the email to intimidate her. Many people think that because they're anonymously hiding behind a username, they can do whatever they want and not face consequences. I made sure she knew that I know her name and location, and that she is not safe from legal repercussions.
HER FUCKING REPLY. Omg, her reply was so infuriating:
"You're welcome???" GIRL, IF YOU DON'T---
There is NO remorse in her reply. She is so haughty and convinced that she did NOTHING wrong.
She is full of it! Omg, the audacity is actually enraging. She just shrugs it off and tries to walk away with her head held high as if she was doing ME a favor, and not saving her own neck.
So I reply again:
Samantha, please don't test me. I work so hard on my ideas, and I love my characters as if they're my children. I can and will throw a lawyer at you, so watch yourself.
*I don't encourage anyone to try and hunt this person down to bully or harass them. This is why I erased identifiable information.
(It's safe to assume that the update of His Breeder will come tonight along with Undercover's update)
