Small posts and small challenges are both a blessing but the latter, even more.
There's a missconception about what are challenges for.
Challenges are for
BUT one of the things I consider the most relevant with art challenges is learning how and when to stop. Learning how to take care of your health, be it mental or not It's always a top priority, even if you aren't an artist.
Sometimes is not easy to make yourself stop, or to continue the challenge for one more month to take it easier.
Everyone has other priorities, life as they call It, and It's 100% ok.
There's no rush, no one is better than you for being able to pull off a whole month challenge. Maybe you have a job, maybe you are in poor health or need to take care of your family, maybe you need to take a walk and see your friends face to face, (please, wear masks and wash your hands properly~), maybe you don't even want to finish it brcause you don't care.
No one is going to rate you because you step away and finish the challenge after 5 drawings. And what? It is fine.
It is fine and if someone says otherwise, they can shove up their beings a whole fat october challenge π.
I've been through any possible scenario, from stopping 'cause someone close died to cry like a baby because I felt small as an ant.
So yeah, unless is your job and someone is paying you for it...TAKE IT EASY.
And drink water regularly β₯οΈβ¨
