Added 2022-08-15 21:33:35 +0000 UTCBy cycle 212, I deemed it a mathematical certainty that I'd have to pay taxes. Every calculation I ran confirmed it. I knew I couldn't pay taxes, nor did I care to. But I could commit tax fraud, and in the process, save money.

Campaign Changes
- -90% wealth tax
- Hanan Pacha will start irradiated (https://fractalsoftworks.com/forum/index.php?topic=23420)
- Fixed a bug where Iron Shell HQ guarding Chitagupta just insta-respawned because they should have their separate respawn timer! [or eternal iron no longer eternally respawning]
- Nanoforge response fleet will prefer to spawn cruisers if player fleet isn't cap-focused.
- Chitagupta no longer improves their industries with story points as that tested mechanic has been moved to Better Colonies.
- Substance Abuse Support: Chitagupta now has a brewery for Phoenix Stout.
- Chitagupta stability penalty from foreign owner decreased from -5 to -2.
- If the player has learned the Legion (XIV) blueprint, they may share it with Kim Quy's Iron Shell (and Hegemony) for them to spawn.
- Tahlan Shipworks-support: If the player has learned the Castigator (XIV) blueprint, they may share it with Kim Quy's Iron Shell (and Hegemony) for them to spawn.
- Ava at 100 rep may be free to grant the player a reward.
- Ava at 75 rep may be free to grant the player a reward.
- A lot of bugfixes that I forgot to document.
Hullmod Changes
- Fixed Aquila Reactor Protocol bug where Unstable Injector + any Range-Boosting Skill wasn't being calculated correctly.
- Avaritia Reactor Overhaul now grants speed bonuses while venting (since you lose some speed when venting).
- Avaritia Reactor Overhaul's S-Mod bonus reworked: Gain +50% RoF of ballistic/energy and +50% ballistic/energy damage when finished venting.
- Gula Tandem Warheads now has a reduced OP cost for frigate: 4/9/15/23 from 6/9/15/23; and applies its bonuses to missiles of the ship's wings.
- Vanagloria's armor for damage reduction calculated increased from 50/90/120/150 to 60/120/160/200.
- Vanagloria's S-Mod bonus now reduces cooldown by 25% instead of increasing armor.
Ship Changes
- Audacious (XIV): DP increased from 12 to 13; shield efficiency increased from 1.0 to 1.1; Audacious buffed shield bonus increased from +15% to +25%.
- Valorous (XIV): No longer has +50% ballistic ammo regeneration unless Converted Fighter Bay is used. Gains a significant amount of ship's stats when Converted Fighter Bay is installed.
Ship System Changes
- Endeavor's Jump Thruster: Cooldown decreased from 7.7 seconds to 5.5 seconds, max charges increased from 1 to 2, forward thrust increased by +12.5%
- Rampage Drive AI is disabled when given player orders to escort/defend/rally.
Weapon Changes
- Iron Shell weaponry has Advanced Gunnery Control support!
- Fluxthrower now applies its bonus damage in 1 damage instance rather than 2 separate damage instances (higher on-hit strength vs armor, no change on shields)
- Infernal Star for AI usage should fire more liberally.
- Celestial's Missile HP: 200 -> 250
- Celestial's Missile Lifetime: 3.5 -> 4
- Updated Lunar Rose sprite
Wing Changes
- Broadsword (XIV)'s flux dissipation decreased from 40 to 35.
- Gladius (XIV) engine/collision/weapon fixed
- Gladis (XIV)'s flux dissipation decreased from 70 to 55.
- Thunder Mk2 (XIV) and Mining Pod (H) can be used on carriers with Automated Ship.
