Bill appears in the story. When Adam asks Eve for $300 for a new outfit. If you do not give him money, then he will introduce Eve to Bill. If you still do not give Adam money, then you will be able to go to Bill.

Also nice that Eve's "boyfriend" might introduce someone else to maybe take advantage of her. Looking forward to the next update.
