Scomo

[Early Access]

His incompetence got him fired from every significant job he held, he damaged Australia's tourism industry, then went on to lose his first pre selection, double the debt and now he's prime minister.

Thank you all so much for your continued support of the channel.
Have a great weekend,

How bad do you have to be for the government to pay you 500k to shut up and go away. It is too bad we don’t have an aggressive media of investigative journos digging up people’s skeletons. The endless refrain from law makers that they were following the rules is so stupid and vacuous because they also make the rules! How dumb and compliant are folks to accept this trash from the media. There are no rules, no refereeing of the game, only useless prefects who endlessly rewrite the rules to their own purpose on a day to day basis. How utterly preposterous to talk about a politician ‘following the rules’ !!! Their entire job is to make up rules and even with that they can barely follow them like with the retroactive change in the sports rorts or their response try to limit the ability of people to sue government and corporations in class action lawsuits in response to the illegal and immoral and poorly executed robodebt scheme to defraud the poor.

Alright bois, i'm in

Very good summary. I am embarrassed now that I was taken in by media marketing of him. I didn't like him but thought he might have a bit of shrewdness just to get to leader. He is a lot more hollow than I realized.

Excellent coverage, his existence is defined by corruption, incompetence and failing up-wards it is horrifying.

Long have I waited for someone to do a take-down on Scomo's "I don't accept that" schtick.

Thanks Jordy. I've often thought that if Australian journalists covered sport the way that they covered politics, they'd be laughed at a lot more. Take the Eden-Monaro by-election: there were journalists who essentially tried to argue that because the victory of margin was lower than at the last election, it didn't count. That's like arguing that because Australia won the first Test against England at the Gabba in 2006 by a smaller margin than what they did four years earlier, it didn't count and the two teams went to the second Test at nil-all.

holy shit

His approval rating gives me anxiety.
