I'd love to see an exploration of the "end game" for housing... I've seen a lot about how we got where we are, and plenty of ongoing doomsayers predicting housing crash 20% 30% 40% in 6 months, but nothing really substantial about where the housing market is likely to end up in the long run. Can it go up forever? Maybe it can, maybe the house of cards doesn't ever collapse. Maybe it's not a house of cards after all. But if it doesn't go up forever, where does it go?
