Can I really join this FJ conversation when my credit card was declined by Patreon?? Yet, at the same time I'm allowed in to view Party Rock? I haven't paid and I haven't been bounced. I am trying to become a FJ Patron but its not straight forward. Ive attempted to pay with Paypal and retried with my Visa Debit Card, each time I was told my payment had been declined. Yet, I'm viewing a FJ Clip and posting a comment? What going on ?

What a joke. I mean how hard is it to do basic central facilities management for a group of fire stations? Get details of what they want for the year, tick. Work out if in the budget, tick. Work out with suppliers' best price for goods, tick. Pay for said goods to be supplied, tick. Repeat... Oh, hold on, maybe we can make each fire station responsible for their own budget spending and let them organize themselves and cut out a whole layer of useless middle management by using modern financial management and purchasing logistics tools... I suppose they would blow the whole budget for 5 years on the 'special IT project' now and fail to deliver it - sigh!
