Prince Faolán, half beast fae.
He's got a bad reputation, but he's truly hardworking and worries about the city he lives in. His family tries everything to avoid him rising to power...still...they are dumb enough to make him handle the city's problems: dealing and helping their citizens.
Which brings him under better light. He even lends the guards his lil house so they can train and sleep in a proper place. He lies and gets a "small" room. The attic was used to store old, forgotten and broken things. No it's his resting place and study. The city's chief guards doesn't know about this, but he'll know...and will look at the mess of the room their Prince is living in.
